HOCINE SIDI-SAID
Chairman
Hocine is the Chairman of Celon Laboratories. He is a seasoned pharmaceutical and private equity executive with significant emerging markets experience spanning 30 years across big pharma, biopharmaceutical companies, and health care services. He has advised private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds or vehicles on healthcare strategy and investments. Hocine spent 17 years with Pfizer in senior management roles in Middle East, in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia. He has held Managing Directors’ positions in Indonesia, Denmark and India. He was also on the board of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals between 2009 and 2014. He is the founder of Bio-nAbler LLC, an alternative investment manager focused on life sciences.
Hocine has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schiller International University and has attended the Harvard Business School senior leadership programs in 1996 and 2001.
ALHADI ALWAZIR
Director
Alhadi is a Director of Celon Laboratories. He graduated in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1991 and is an MBA from the Georgetown University, Washington DC (1995).
Alhadi was a recipient of the Aerospace Department Academic Achievement, the Robert M. Rivello Scholarship, and the Summer Senior Scholarship Awards in the field of Composite Structures. He has worked for STX Hughes at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Centre. He was associated with Société Générale’s derivatives and financial products group as a financial engineer, and with Eastgate Capital Group as an equity partner focused on infrastructure and life science related investments. He is an active early stage investor in several technology and life science companies.

Harsh Kumar Saxena
Associate Vice President – Sales & Marketing (Oncology)
Harsh is associated with Celon since 2012 and was instrumental in helping Celon evolve from its crisis between 2012 and 2014. He is responsible for the PAN India sales & marketing of Vivilon division in Celon. He has over 24 years of experience with core competencies in handling business development, sales & marketing and channel management in the specialties of oncology, nephrology and plasma segments.
He was associated with Biochem Pharmaceuticals, Intas Pharmaceuticals, Wockhardt and Accura Care Pharmaceuticals, before joining Celon.
Harsh graduated in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan
Asheesh Bhatnagar
Associate Vice President – Sales & Marketing (Critical Care)
Asheesh joined Celon in 2018 and assumes the overall responsibility of Revilon division for Celon. In the last three years, he has brought paradigm shift in Revilon’s sales & marketing. He has a vast experience of more than 24 years in spearheading the entire sales life cycle spanning product launches, design, and execution of sales strategic plan, driving sales and achieving business growth.
Before joining Celon, he had successful stints in Pfizer, Cipla, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Gland Pharma, Biological E. and Miracalus Pharma (Naprod Group).
Asheesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the Lucknow University.
Pavan R Maligi
Associate Vice President – International Business
Pavan R Maligi joined Celon Labs in the year 2021. He graduated in Microbiology & Biotechnology from the Bombay University and has also pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management from SIES College of Management Studies, Mumbai. With core expertise in critical care segment, Pavan has over 20 years of experience in handling International Business operations, with various countries like Australia/Asia/MENA/CIS and LATAM region. His international business acumen coupled with deep understanding of regulatory affairs in global markets, gives an edge in designing the strategy at Celon.
Prior to joining Celon, he held several leadership positions including serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Pharmacor Pty. Ltd, Australia; as the Chairperson of Ascend Labs SpA, Chile and as Sr. General Manager – International Business at Alkem Labs. His earlier stints in international business of companies include Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Panacea Biotech Unichem Laboratories and Plethico Pharmaceuticals.
Perichiappan Karuppiah
General Manager – Contract Manufacturing Operations
Perichiappan joined Celon in 2020 as General Manager for contract manufacturing segment. He is an accomplished professional having more than 18 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing new business initiatives.
Prior to joining Celon, he was associated with Sunglow Life Sciences, Swiss Garnier Life Sciences, Shasun Pharmaceuticals, Intas Biopharmaceuticals, Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals and Claris Life Sciences.
Perichiappan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Madurai Kamaraj University.
